Anne Brant

Biography:

Anne Brant is the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Teacher in residence at Queensland University of Technology’s(QUT) Garden’s Point Campus. Anne’s role is to work with teaching, research and curatorial staff to design, write and deliver programs and classroom activities to support the Science and Engineering Faculty’s School Engagement Strategy, and to promote secondary school students’ engagement with QUT’s Science and Engineering Centre. Anne has taught science and mathematics in both state and independent primary and secondary schools, as well as the International Baccalaureate program and has a passion for developing “hands on learning” activities.
